Adult Ballet @ St Michaels Church Hall
This is a classic ballet class which has been created for adults of any age with or without previous experience of ballet.
There is lots of evidence showing dance to be a wonderful form of exercise for a variety of conditions and for improving your mental well being.
Ballet will improve your balance and posture, strengthen your muscles and maintain or improve bone density as all exercises are weight bearing.

Simultaneous yoga postures and vocalisation on vowel sounds, following the chakras up through the body. No previous singing experience necessary. A combination of flowing and held poses suitable for beginners to intermediate.

Drama Group @ Westgate Chapel
A small friendly group for people with disabilities. We make our own puppets, costumes and often use masks and use dance, mime and puppetry as part of our performances, sometimes produced as a film and performed at Westgate and in the community.

Photography Course at Lewes Depot @ Depot cinema
4 week beginners photography course aimed at those with a DSLR camera wishing to know and feel confident using it.

Each individual on the course will learn how to fully operate their digital camera as well as understand the fundamentals of photography, such as how to make correct exposures and understand the relationship between Aperture, Shutter speed and ISO.

From 19:00 – 20:30 on Sept 18 and 25 and Oct 2 and 9. Taught by Kate Swanson, qualified teacher and working photographer.
