Drama class Windmill Young Actors - Junior Actors 8 - 12yrs @ YMCA Lewes
The ninety minute sessions will provide an opportunity to learn new skills in theatre including voice, movement, mime, comedy and text work. It is a place for young people to make new friends outside of school and across year groups, to build confidence and self esteem. We work towards public productions and young actors are encouraged to create their own work as well as experiencing working with a professional director. All our staff are professional actors/ directors who work in the industry. Everyone is welcome, those with no experience are encouraged, and those who want to be challenged will be!
At Windmill Young Actors we passionately believe that drama is a way for young people to feel part of something inspiring, encouraging and empowering.
Please don’t let money put you off, we have some space for a free space and some places lower than our concession rate too, just get in touch.
