Learn to play, experiment, be spontaneous, let go of expectations, embrace mistakes, work through blocks, learn lots of new techniques and have fun during this 10 week course. Painting from the Heart

A spontaneous creative approach to painting that involves listening to the intelligence of the body and expressing any arising images through the medium of water based paints on good quality paper.

A specific theme and guidance is introduced in each session to encourage deepening into presence in preparation for your intuitive painting process. There is no right or wrong way, simply your own way and open to both beginners and experienced artists.Each week you will take your painting home with you, thereby creating a portfolio which offers potential for insights and reflections into your personal journey throughout the term.
