Teens Meditation for Mental Health Course 12-15yrs




6 week course in mindfulness, visualisation meditation and simple stress reduction techniques for 12-15 year olds (teens and tweens!)
Wednesdays 3:30-4:15pm
This friendly and relaxing class will give you the tools to improve mental well-being to keep for life.
Hannah is a qualified and experienced teacher, with experience of working with people from all walks of life.
