Qi Gong for health.
Soft, slow mindful movement.
In the first hour of this class we practice simple movements that teach us how to connect the mind, body and breath. The last half an hour we move on to explore other more intermediate Qi gong methods and ideas.
This class is a mixed class suitable for beginners and intermediate students.
