This class is ideal for anyone who is curious about trying PIlates or has an ongoing back or joint problem that needs careful, regular movement. We focus on the Pilates essentials from breathing, body awareness, movment, mobility and focus. Perfect for those with busy lifestyles who suffer from tense shoulders and a lack of quiet headspace! Classes are run in blocks. FREE trial class for all newbies. Please book in advance.
