Mindfulness Free Taster Session

Have you heard about the benefits of mindfulness for mental health and wellbeing? Interested to give it a try? This session will include a guided mindfulness practice, background theory and information and a chance to ask any questions you may have. With experienced trainer Annie Akasati McAuley.
