Exploring writing and poetry through mindful awareness, with an emphasis on Nature, celebrating the senses and uncovering the joys and simplicity of the present moment. Using guided meditations and creative exercises to reconnect to the world with inspiration and calmness, we develop a peaceful, enjoyable and contemplative approach to creativity. No writing experience needed. Led by Colin Willcox, poet and zen meditation teacher. Drop in / £5.
