Purcell Dido & Aeneas




East Sussex Bach Choir with Musical Director John Hancorn, will be performing music by Henry Purcell, including a concert performance of his wonderful opera Dido & Aeneas, the anthem My Heart is Inditing & the Orchestral Suite for The Fairy Quean. The part of Dido will be taken by the young local international soloist Rebecca Leggett with Kristian Thorkildsen as Aeneas & the Baroque Collective (leader Alison Bury)
