How to Make Bread with Emmanuel Hadjiandreou - 3 day intensive

Emmanuel Hadjiandreou is an internationally renowned baker and gifted teacher.

In this 3 day intensive course you will gain the practical skills and understanding to confidently bake a range of breads and leavened products.

You will bake with both sourdough and regular yeast, a range of flours and enrichments. Emmanuel will teach you fundamental bread baking crafts including kneading, fermentation, shaping and oven control as well as handy tricks of the trade. He will cover all of the practical, logistics and technical skills needed to bake well with confidence.

You will learn to make a range of dough products including traditional white, brown and malted loaves and rolls and well as continental breads including baguettes, levain de campagne, ciabatta, dark rye sourdough and german multigrain bread.

A delicious seasonal lunch, snacks and refreshments will be provided.

This course is suitable for beginners as well as experienced bakers.
