Dining in Lewes

I know the food is fresh and the bill is very reasonable, BUT think what it is....Pasta and Pizza. I mean any monkey with a stove and a pot can make good pasta. I think dining out should be about having what you cant make at home. I definitely think people should start making use of the independent fine dining places around town. If you want generic italian, get a pot noodle and stay at home.
