Alan Chapman is a resident of Lewes. He took early retirement from a job in local government and now provides support for children and adults learning Maths, Science and other subjects to GCSE level. Alan has an honours degree in Maths and Physics along with a post-graduate certificate in Education. He taught Maths at Portslade Community College before moving to London to develop and manage educational software production for the Inner London Education Authority and the BBC. Alan also has a Masters degree in Computer Science and has taught ICT to adults as well as managing software development in small and large organisations. With an MBA, Alan has a lot of knowledge in business administration and is currently a director of a local theatre production company.
