It's drum and bass constantly all day every day and loud enough that I can hear it in my house (an adjacent building but not directly connected) Anyone got any experience of raising anything?

They'll send someone out with equipment that measures noise levels. They can come out of hours if it's not happening between 9 and 5. If they find that the levels are excessive, they can serve a notice, beginning a process which ultimately ends in court if the person doesn't comply. The men I dealt with were very good.
