first of all have i completely got the wrong idea of the Cliffe pedestrianisation scheme?
this afternoon i was 'beeped' at by a postal van whilst walking down there and he/she was doing about 25 mph and i had to jump out of the way, im slighlty confused by what happend and also explain why we had to endure 3 months or more of upheavel for what i can deduce as NOTHING!
or is it just me having a bad day?
