Hi all
We no longer have a VHS player but we have a large stock of prerecorded VHS tapes of children's film and tv shows - things like Pingu, teletubbies, Fireman Sam, Disney films, etc. It seems a shame and very wasteful to throw these out. Do any schools/nurseries still use VHS ? or would any charity shops take them ?? Is there any way /place to recycle them ?
Also is there anywhere in Lewes that converts VHS to DVD ? For old family videos ?

Thanks in advance for your help

Edward Reeves' photographic studio has a sign advertising this service. I've no idea about prices or the time taken.

Lewes has a very active Freegle group (6500 + members) and there may be someone there who would take them. Freegle is great. It is online dating for stuff! One persons rubbish is another persons treasure.
