I have been here for 35 years, missed a few appointments in that time, (not many), only to be told i'm no longer welcome due to missing appointment (even offered to pay for one missed), disgusting treatment. You say you wrote to me but had the wrong address, then you stated you text me but had the wrong mobile number!?, would be nice to have had a warning instead of just removing me. Can anyone recommend a good dental surgery please?

I can only speak very highly of Lewes High Street Dental Surgery. How did you manage to miss an appointment - they send txt and email reminders 4 days in advance.

Great dentists and marvellous hygienist, but truly awful receptionists. I won’t go there again after they made a phantom appointment and then berated me for missing it!
