Hi Sara - yes, there is Lewes Badminton Club. For some reason their website has disappeared, but they are still on Twitter, and if you go to Wave Leisure Centre they should have details of when they meet etc.
There's a No Strings Badminton session every Thursday from 8pm there I believe.
