I live in landport and we have at least 2 " of ice on the road now. The pavements are worse!! We had a gritter out last night after I sent a message to highways yesturday pm. too much of a coincidence for me so start bombarding them i say!! also can the pells residence please feed the ducks!! they are starving and no one thinks to feed them in this weather. I know they should think for themselves but as we made them rely on us we should carry on when they need it most.

Hi upton what telephone number did you ring, tried to do it today and ended up calling the police 0845 number. The gritter last night and the one that has just gone past seem to be running on empty cause there is jack s**t grit in the road. This is going to freeze again tonight and we may get more snow, things can only get worse as the layer of ice builds up. We need it to be ploughed then gritted.
Would like to be helping out with grandson but even if we could get off the estate where they live is worse than here, even walking would be dangerous and then i would be no use to them at all if I got hurt.
