The Government website says: "You can choose to spread your payments over 12 months instead of 10 if youâ??re not already doing so. Contact your council and ask them to set this up." So it sounds as if LDC don't have an option. Next year's CT starts on 1 April, so in theory there's no reason why you shouldn't spread the cost over 12 months.
