Obviously many of you don't care, but for those hoping to come home to Lewes tonight and are currently working in London. Any ideas how you are going to do it. I came in via Ashford this morning, and while I enjoyed the fast train i dint much care for the 4.5 hour trip.
I wish now I'd parked my car at Uckfield

Stayed at home today but I'd go for the Uckfield train & 29 bus option if I was there.

Left London bridge at 16:10, arrived Lewes at 17:58. Went like a dream, top front seat of a double decker bus from Three Bridges to Haywards Heath and the Lewes train was waiting.

Never run too catch a train guys, heard that more heart attacks occur this way than anyother. Spent many a night on the platform having missed the last train, never done me any harm. Best, Peter

Sorry meant 'to' catch a train, red wine plays havoc with my spelling. Nigel just arrived, armed with a case of Wine from Lidle????? Should be interesting. Have a great evening everyone, we are only here for a while, so do it in style! PB

It's a rail scheme that Norman Baker does not support because he thinks it bypasses Lewes. As a transport minister we should all be very worried, as it doesn't and introduces new services from Lewes to Uckfield, Tunbridge Wells and London.
