Was told I would wait for a max of 14 weeks to completion but it was nearer 22 and only then because I included a time clause in the contract and fought with them - why should I have had to after all i was only a customer? Despite their poor senior management the middle management and contracrors they use were great and we are happy with the product. If you consider Nuglas be sure to get build times sorted and try to introduce penalty clauses.
