This actually suits me as I can then park my Range Rover across 2 spaces to ensure nobody hits the side when openiing their doors. I do this at Tesco also, but they get the arse. I have started parking across 2 disabled spaces instead.

Currently trying to get the council to see that The Maltings car park needs lines. There are issues about it being near an historic monument (the castle) and that painted lines would ruin the view (not the cars though it seems)
Parking has become pretty bad and had to guide a driver out the other day who had almost been blocked in. Lines would have prevented it.
