Warehouse/lock-up hunt... Please help!

I have heard of zu studios but I would love something a little more industrial that I can dress in wedding decor. An empty warehouse, hanger, lock up??? Any ideas would be hugely appreciated. I'm looking for an industrial unit of some description to hold a wedding next year. I don't have a lot of cash as my man training to be a paramedic has had 4 months unpaid off of work as he had a kidney transplant. I can't afford a �4000 wedding venue but I once went to a party that was in a great location that I think I can afford to achieve the same thing. I'm a prop maker so I guess it's not too hard. I did look at zu studios but it's over a few floors and my dad is servely disabled so an industrial unit may be better as it will have a lift or be on one floor. We had our reception at the Malling Community Centre or whatever it's called. Not glamorous but we did our own decorations etc. it's a lot cheaper than hiring a nice pub I seem to remember and it has a playground for kids outside. Just a thought.
