Unique moving and never to be repeated, thanks to all the volunteers, organisers, Town Council and the Reeves Family, without whom this event would not have happened. Very emotional and humbling.

Amazing but upset close family of those on the memorial were not consulted or interviewed.

Iím not really sure anyone can claim to be close family Gregory. The people represented tonight, died one hundred years ago. Nobody alive today knew them. Personally, I am related to four of those named tonight, but I would never expect to be consulted. I would imagine most long standing Lewes people would also have connections to those remembered.

An inspired and deeply affecting event. It was Facebook Live video streamed on Rocket FM - see link. Depot cinema are supporting the making of a short film about it too.

Hi Gregory, just to let you know many hours of work put in for the entire occasion including much research into family links with the present. Very moving for all those present. The Reeves family should be very proud of what they have started by commencing the Reeves Project.

The whole event was very moving. The last four brothers from the same address had the tears flowing. Well done to everyone involved.
