I heard sad news today, apparently Tim Bradfield (born & bred Lewesian) was cremated earlier today.
Regulars of the Lewes Arms, The Crown and the Bistro (formerly 21 Fisher Street) will no doubt have memories of him.

I went to Pells and Priory with him so knew him quite well. I've got a class photo with us both in somewhere.

This is sad news indeed.
He used to be very visible in the town but I have hardly seen him since the millenium.
Condolences to family.

He used to play darts for the Fruiterers Arms in the Lewes league many years ago. I remember playing him a few times and mostly losing as he was quite good.

He was a good pool player too. We played for the Lamb in the seventies. R.I.P.

I knew Tim in the 80s and 90s. Always had a sparkle in the eye and was game for a laugh. Shame to pass away so young. R.I.P Tim

Tim used to drink In the Arms when I ran it, a very gentle person, sad to hear he's gone.
