Lewes FC presents its fourth glorious Beer Festival. Twenty ales and ciders on offer, plus the odd lager. Harveys ales include the feisty Elizabethan (quite rare on cask and packing quite a punch at 7.5%), Bull's Head, and the first Tom Paine of the season. There will also be a couple from Rectory Ales, and other regional breweries. Hot food will be on sale to soak it all up, and a special commemorative glass to boot.
The Rook Inn, Dripping Pan, 5pm till late, £5 on door or £4 in advance, tickets from the Pan, Hartleys, or Gardeners Arms.
Hope you can make it.
