Is it just my orders or has the Shanaz become a bit sloppy recently? I always liked to eat in or order from them but must say that it requires some skill to screw two orders in a row. Lost delivery driver (other side of town!), wrong naan, missing papadoms, cold food, and a tastless watery chicken chatt etc.. When I called at the first occassion they didn't even attempt to put it right on the night but gave me a full refund next day. Went to bed hungry. The second time, they knew thay had already screwed up, I got a luke warm apology and had to battle for a £5 credit. Not very clever considering the amounts of money I left with them and would have in the future. Good food is not everthing (when they get it right). Think it's time to go somewhere else.

I'm just asking a valid question whether anyone else feels that they have gotten a bit sloppy recently. If you were about to spend £45 of your money and looking forward to a relaxing eve you would be glad when someone told you better not to bother.

So Jj, how do you work out the £30 then? The only people knowing that amount are Shanaz employees. If that's the case, just shows your true attitude and incompetence of decent customer service. Twat.
