Impressive that the manager is willing to come on the forum and engage. The white Hart has had some hard times and I really support the effort to make it into a nice place to stay or stop for drinks. It's never been a welcoming environment in my time in Lewes so I wish the new manager the best of luck sorting it out. Improve it and we will start using it again...
