The most expensive pies of any English league football club are to be found at Brighton & Hove Albion - Rochdale's are the cheapest.

Dunno about pies, but I do hope they've sufficient nourishment on board because there will be a very long wait to get home tonight. About half an hour after whistle is blown for the end of the home game there will be absolute gridlock in Southover as they all go back to their cars cunningly parked in Lewes to avoid paying for Park and Ride and try to leave. The addition of the rail replacement buses may mean total stasis for hours. What larks.

Not surprised the Amex pies are the dearest.
You only have to look at the new found Brighton support that attends - lots of the Sussex overweight middle classes and hooray henrys in their ill fitting replica shirts.
Nothing like going all working class wit a pie and a pint and they'll pay for the privilege.
Wonder what real Brighton supporters think of these new fans

Southport Queen - Nobody is avoiding paying for anything. There is a flat levy charged on all match tickets that entitles the ticket holder to choose either a free bus trip to the game, a free train trip, or free use of a park and ride bus. The reason people park in Lewes is simple. It's convenient for the bus or the train. But they've paid for the transport service and, if it's a pay car park that is being used, they will be paying for that on top of the flat rate levy charged against the match ticket.
