Yep, well done Webbo. A difficult couple of months, a few R souls stirring it up and getting all too serious.

Extremely nerdy:
Do you know the thing about each character having an equivalent creature? ie.
Tyrell = Owl (Wise, Huge eyes)
Pris = Panda (Eye Make Up)
Roy = Wolf (Howls)
Wu the Eye Expert = Walrus (His costume and whiskers)

All ties in with the Harrison Ford Being a Replicant thing.

I'd never seen Bladerunner before. I'm sorry, but I thought it was absolute cr*p and very dated.

Sorry Bunter, totally disagree. This is such an influential film that people are still copying it today.

It was released in 1982 - that's 27 years ago. Of course some aspects of it will look dated - loads of the companies featured in the adverts have gone bust, the TVs and monitors are working on analogue, etc etc. Sci-fi films suffer more than any from looking "dated" (think The Shape of Things to Come, Flash Gordon). But I think it still stands up as a pretty passable vision of the future (try Oxford Circus on a rainy winter's night - it feels basically the same.)

Yes I am a nerd.
