Hello,
I'm recently new to the area and my football mad son is desperate to play football over the summer. I've seen that Brighton do holiday camps but was wondering if there was anything in Lewes?
Many Thanks
Anne

Hi Anne
There are at least two football holiday clubs in Lewes. One is run by Lewes FC at the Dripping Pan over two lots of three days (470820/ [email protected]) and the other is run at Wallands School by a guy called Tom, four lots of three days ([email protected]). Hope you find something suitable.

my main suggestions are just outside of lewes,i used to go to ringmer college in the summer for a variety of sporting events, but always did mainly football. (as it's always ben my favourite!) the coaching was good, slightly competitive but not overly so, but ive no idea what they offer now as this was 15 years ago! also pop down the dripping pan and ask what they offer, and ive got a vauge recolection of doing something with the kington kestrels over a summer once, and depending where you live there ground can be as little as 15-20 mins walk out of lewes for an adult, and i have my greatest memory's of playing football as a kid and also a young man there, great environment. hope this helps! ps, how old is he? if he's anywhere in his teens can always just pop by the paddock on a sunny evening and have a game with us if were there!
