Southern Railway

I was delayed just short of 2 hours returning from London on Friday evening. I experienced delays for the last 4 days prior to this. Southern Railway and its employees are a joke. They treat their customers with little to no respect, because they know we have little alternative. For 500+ a month, an efficient service with a high level of customer service is expected. However, neither is delivered. Instead, employees of this company are ever so keen to strike, fake sick days off, and deliver poor levels of customer service when they bother to turn up. Sack the lot, charter a dozen Boeing 747s to Tokyo and get the Japanese to run the service. I doubt they would provide such a shoddy service, with constant delays/cancellations and deliver such little value for money. Who agrees?

And don't forget to keep the Southern boss informed about how dissatisfied you are.

What a waste of 500 a month. Carry on whingeing all you DFL commuters. Kind regards, Charles.

So David Cameron got scuppered by Southern Rail. Maybe he'll do something now.
