I'll second that. Its a Southease village collaboration. One of the best events in the area. Great food, great music, great vibe. Thank you Southease!

Well thank you very much.
Chilli day has a small organising committee of just three people: myself, my wife Becky and Dave (of ex Landsdown fame) but has a cast which includes most of the village residents. Without their time and effort Chilli Day could not happen.
The biggest thanks has to go to Adrian Orchard who founded chilli day all those years ago and has single handedly grown most of the chillies for every event for the last seven years (all chillies sold and used at Chilli Day are grown in the village). Also to Ian who formed the day into what it is now and for making the best chilli jam this side of Thailand.
Hope to see you all again next year (surely the weather can't be as good as the last three years - I am planning for rain!)
Thanks,
Alex

I missed the day having gone to the Waldron steam rally.
Is the chilli jam for sale anywhere else? I know a few people in the village eg. Pippa, Adrian, Neville and the Barughs if they have it!

Loved the VW Beetle BBQ. And the vinyl DJ. Oh, and I am now a proud owner of a chilli plant. Now, how to look after it. Where's my friend google? lol
