We are a group of young people currently doing the NCS programme this August and we are in our social action aspect of the course. For our project we holding an open mic night (30th August) to raise money for our chosen charity which is ESAB (East Sussex Association of Blind and Partially Sighted People). We are in need of a venue (preferably in Lewes) to hold this event. The venue must have disabled access, a stage (which is not an absolute requirement) and it should hold 100 people max. It also can't contain an open bar as we are all under 18.
It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could give us venue ideas and contact details. Here is a list of everyone who isn't available:
Con Club, All Saints, Plumpton Village Hall, Newick Village Hall, Priory School Hall, Lewes Depot, South Downs Sports Club, Sussex Downs, Lewes Golf Club & Lewes Town Hall.

King's Church, no stage but and slightly bigger than 100 people max, but a good hall.
Google King's Church Lewes.

Try St Mary's Social Centre. Disabled access, has a large stage, capacity of over 100, no fixed bar in the main hall

King's Church, as above. Central Lewes. Good AV system available. Will hold 200 but 100 won't rattle around. Low stage. Main room fully accessible. Some on site parking and free evening parking on Brooks Road.

Ringmer Village Hall has a great stage area, and you might even get someone to run the stage lighting for you.
