I suffered from an over active knife and fork, but now I use chopsticks, it takes longer to eat and makes me fuller sooner. Another thing you need to buy is will power !

Joining a club is useful for some people- me included- but obviously not for everyone. Like your chopsticks idea and would pay dearly for a bottle of will power that never runs out!

Talks through if you have gained weight and not lost. Gives tips for different foods. Some people just go and get weighed but i find the actual meetings help.
