Should she resign?

I don't think she should resign because of this as she is not directly responsible for the policy. She should resign from the Tory party while Johnson is still it's leader because of the party scandal. She should then rejoin it if she wishes when they have a new leader. I would suggest this is her best chance of remaining an MP after the next election as she would be more respected as a person of principle. Much as I might like her to, I am not suggesting she resign as our MP.

Any decent MP should resign from this shambles of a Tory party. She'll definitely be out her @rse next election if she doesn't make a stand.

Universal Credit includes a "housing costs element" which is to help with rent. And it's up to councils whether or not you get help with council tax, all councils run their own schemes now.
Unfortunately, staff dealing with UC don't inform claimants that they need to apply to the council for help with council tax.
