Can anybody advise where I can purchase good old fashioned scouring powder (eg Jif or Ajax) in Lewes?
I have tried the obvious places like the supermarkets and Bunce's........................................................but no luck!

Try the International or Timothy whites ;o)
Or you could give Bunces a try if the supermarkets don't sell them

Angela - appreciate the sensible reply! The trouble is that the new "Jif", called "Cif" is only available in liquid form, and I really need the powder for my project.
Andyzzzzzzzz - have you thought about starting an Andy club - it could be fun - you could all meet up and have lunch and/or a pint.
