Just call the surgery - what do you need to do on the website that can't be done in person ?

It looks like School Hill Medical Practice haven't payed their bill for their website. It now says "This Account Has Been Suspended" when you try the website address.

Does this help you any Belladonna? S&T could just ring them if he has a phone and can stand waiting. The website was/is much easier.

How very depressing, that people can't be civil to each other.
Perhaps I have cancer and need regular access to the messaging services and to order repeat prescriptions without having to wait in a queue or on the end of the phone. Have any of you thought about that when you are dishing out your nasty comments?

S&T: Read Baa Baa's post above. Sounds like you need to sign up for System online. Best to phone Schoolhill surgery before you go there as I think if I remember correctly you will need to take ID/proof of address before you can register. I've used it for several years and it's brillant for everything listed in Baa Baa's post.

I'm not being rude or insulting. I'm a School Hill patient myself with a couple of chronic medical conditions but I just phone for appointments. And my repeat prescription service is automated via the chemist. Frankly I'm astonished that there is a website of any kind!

Frankly I'm astonished that there is a telephone contraption of any kind at School Hill Medical Practice. I have by far the worst chronic medical condition that one can imagine and I gladly have to swim 11.3 miles in order that I can make an appointment with my GP !

Frankly I'm surprised we don't just submit our prescription requests on parchment!
It was okay in the old days.

Belladonna, why are you astonished that they need a website? If you are able to book future appointments online, view appointments and cancel if necessary, check and order prescriptions plus all the other things listed in BB's post, surely this is good thing, freeing up the phones and taking up the receptionist time.
