Are there any Scalextric wizards in Lewes who would take a quick look at my boy's broken car? Help much appreciated - payment in Harvey's?

Perhaps the brushes are worn, they might not be making contact with the track. I will be at Lewes Working Men's Club on Thursday from 7pm if you want me to have a look.

I bought tons of the digital stuff bit by bit from eBay some years ago to play with my 8 year old son. It was a disaster. I spent all my time repairing it. In my opinion the digital stuff is not fit for purpose. BTW. The best (and most robust) cars were the Audi TT and the Porsche Boxter. All the fancy ones were crap. As soon as you crashed them you had to get the super glue out.

I still have tons of the stuff in the garage. Must get around to disposing of it.
