I assume you ordered it? This happened to me last week.I rang and booked a taxi at 2.00,to take me into town at 4.00.
It didn't show.Rang them at 4.15,and somehow my details weren't there. They sent one out.I shall not be using that firm anymore and told the taxi driver so.His answer was that there are so many numbers all using the same switchboard, and that is why I got 'lost'.
Not good enough I'm afraid...I shall be using the one I used to use.
Which I have never had a problem with.

I can highly recommend a taxi firm called GM taxi's. Lovely local lady runs the business, she's polite well mannered, taxi's very clean and very reliable. Even out of hours they have a call divert number at no extra charge to you.
Keep local businesses in business.
Telephone number: 01273 473737

Its funny how taxi companies always get slagged off for being late when its the customers 99% of the time cause the problems by, not being ready, being sick in the cars, train running late, not quite through the tills yet, flights landed late, fights with wife/husband/partners and lets not forget those customers that hit drivers with bricks and steal from them, go and use the buses and see if they wait for you at no extra charge
Every company in the town will be late/miss you sometimes, most will say sorry if they are late some wont, I could tell stories that would make your hair fall out about all the companies mentioned here i know one of them when a mistake was made with an airport booking gave free taxis and paid for the flight .anyway i walk when i can

Correct dick is castle taxis 482244,but GM is not 483232 that is lewes district taxis, Gm is 477567/473737/480397, of course most of you using the stn rank will just be using an out of town driver, and have no way of getting back lost property ect better stick with companies with offices
