Rude Football chant - anyone remember?

I've googled this (zero results) and asked other friends who had also never heard of it. I had always assumed this was a nationwide football chant from that era.
Does anyone else (or their kids) remember this? Was this a priory only thing? Where did it come from, who did it refer to?
Apologies if this offends people! Just super interested to discovere the source and reference now!
