Bert does it make the slightest difference what the name or sex is of the parasite who sits in Buckingham Palace?

He will be supported by the money generated from his family.
How many thousands of parasites are there who think they can exist on a lifestyle of permanent benefit? Those who do not generate tourist revenue by having their houses photographed; or do any useful work to support themselves? Good luck, Meghan and Harry. I hope you have a long lasting marriage and a happy life.

The royal family have become benign enough over the years (they had to, otherwise the appetite for becoming a republic would have become a genuine issue). Their lives hold little meaning or value to me, and they're just really a global soap opera/reality TV that some enjoy, some despise and some just don't care. I fall into the latter group now.

It's a bit unfair though to slate people not born into immense wealth and privelige, opportunities etc as a counter argument, for being "parasites". You simply can't assume that the likes of Charles, Wills, Harry et al wouldnt be "benefit spongers" if they didn't have access to a hereditary golden ticket (although I can't imagine why anyone would want to be in their position, seems like a pretty surreal existence).

Sussex Jim: 'Money generated by his family'? I hope you're not serious. Any money the family possesses is the result of generations of sponging on the people. It's only recently the parasites started paying tax.
