There's not many places in this part of town that you can by essentials from, I think only Beckworths sells things that you can make a meal from up here, so another place will be welcome.
Also miss the veg shop.

The pet shop was Conrad Dowdings before he moved to the Cliffe. Wycherleys newsagents and Large the greengrocer. Can't remember the butchers though..............
