I noticed that when they had high infection rates in Kent, it took ages for the rate in Sheppey to come down, and there are 3 prisons on the Isle of Sheppey. And the area just south of Sutton where High Down and Downview prisons are was higher than the surrounding areas, and high for a lot longer too.
I suppose social distancing in a prison is hard to achieve.
