The teachers award the kids an achievement which parents receive by email. My question is, do they dish these out easily.would one a day be standard or something to be heaping praise on for??? Would 5 a week be great or average??

When I went there, an achievement was getting to the end of the day without having your head kicked in.

Good question, keep meanig to ask the school. My guess is that 5 a week would be great but it's only a guess. My child has had 70 points since the start of the school year in September, usually 1 to 4 a week, some with 1 point and some with 2. Anybody else on here with better knowledge of the system?

Contact Group Tutor via Priory's easy to use email system. Yours is the type of question which shows interest in the system and your child's social and academic progress. You'd perhaps be surprised that this is rarer than it should be! (We had 3 kids through Priory and were very pleased with the monitoring of their progress, nearly all the time!)

Yes, they dish them out fairly easily especially in the first term. Sounds fairly average for a well behaved, engaged, child. I try to praise mine for every one because they arenít getting bad behaviour points instead!
