I think that they came up Malling Hill and missed the bend in the road and ended up on the grass bank. Not the first time it's happened. It was foggy but if visibility is poor you need to adjust your speed. People just keep speeding up the hill. There have been cars on the grass verge, on the traffic island and through both sets of traffic lights in the past. Thankfully nobody has been standing in the way - yet.
