Villagers held the launch party for the new playground yesterday (complete with drinks bar serving Harvey's) so it is all open; my kids use it and they love it. Dim Reaper - while facilities are limited in rural areas there is a skateboard park and all weather multi-games area and basketball hoops in Plumpton Green; plus there is a group of villagers looking to do more for younger people. There is also an excellent pre-school, Honeybees, next to the playpark, and a planned series of events for the village's summer activity scheme for school age children this August.
