Please help! Alzheimer's disease research

On 8 May 2015 at 10:16am Claire Lancaster wrote:
Hi all.
I am searching for healthy, adult volunteers aged 45-55 years from the local community to take part in a research study investigating risk factors for Alzheimer's disease across the lifespan. This research is being ran as part of a student project at Sussex University and has received ethical approval.
Please get in touch if you would like to know more: claire.lancaster@sussex.ac.uk

Lets be serious just for 5 mins. I've already met Claire & done my bit to help with her research. Claire is a student at the university who hopes when she graduates to specialise in Alzheimer's research. This will just take a few minutes of your time & if like me you have close relative who suffers from this horrid disease leave you feeling that you've done your little bit to help the next generation find a cure.

Well said Doris, I am serious in my first post. If a university student is researching high functioning autism then I could help with that. ( I posted the punning Rain Man comment)

To take part in the first part of the research, whose results should assist the scientific diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's disease, you don't even need to leave your home. Other than to put a pre-paid envelope in the post, which I've already done for this study.

I find your first remark utterly vile and if I were running this forum I would ban you. You are either using me to make... more
