I thought this might be of interest to you...
Over the past year, Human Nature has been working on plans for a new walkable, renewably-powered, super-green neighbourhood on the former Phoenix industrial site in Lewes, East Sussex. These ideas will be presented in an exhibition in the Foundry Gallery at the Phoenix Project Design Festival on 10-12th September. They want your feedback on this work in progress to enhance the plans and designs, blending local expertise with the experience of their professional team to make this a truly remarkable place for Lewes. Come along for an exhibition of work in progress plus talks, workshops, local food and drink, and children’s activities.

Do you have planning permission yet for your project, or will that come later perhaps?

Isn't it fascinating how this drags on year after year. Think of all the chancers who have been involved. And all this time 'North Street' has just been used as a counter which one charlatan after another could use as collateral to borrow more money, with no intention of actually building anything.
