Not sure if I was spending loads of cash i'd wanna look at tesco's
I'd put the affordable housing on phoenix place, workshops and retail arts centre etc
Then put the bling flats from the foundry over the fire station pop up starfish community cafe north street motors dance studios blah blah with the lovely view north up the valley..
Man I want one of those, get to see more river for your money?
